OUR PRICING STRUCTURE​​​

We are a community focused pet healthcare service dedicated to improving animal welfare, veterinary care costs and working conditions for veterinary professionals. To help support our vision, we offer a range of affordable, high-quality services designed to help you care for your pets.

 

With the exception of one off procedures or surgeries and grants awarded to eligible individuals, we do not provide veterinary care to Non Members.

If you would like to arrange an appointment, please call us. Due to a high volume of no shows, full payment must be made at the time of booking for both appointments and procedures. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will still be charged for, whether you are a Member or Non-Member. Surgery bookings are non refundable from the time of booking, though are transferrable to other dates providing at least 48 hours notice is given.

Whether you plan to join us as a Member or book in a one off surgery, we MUST receive your pets full medical history before your first visit. We will not see any pet patient without this. Please ensure you give permission to your previous veterinary practice to send this to us at your earliest convenience.

​

Please be aware that if your Membership subscription fails / lapses, your pet(s) will not be covered by your Membership benefits. If 7 days pass and payment has still not been received, your Membership will automatically cancel and you will be billed for the remainder of your 12 month commitment along with the cost of any products / services used.

To avoid confusion or disappointment, ALL Members experiencing a health concern or emergency must contact us on 0330 043 4550 in the first instance. If you seek assistance from an alternative veterinary practice without notifying us, your Membership benefits will not apply.

​

We do not offer post treatment / surgery payment plans or process direct insurance claims at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Please note we will only be able to advise you on prices for prescription medication once your pet has been examined by our vet and / or received a recent diagnosis. In most cases, it is cheaper to obtain a written prescription and purchase medication from an online pharmacy.

Member Update

 

As of 1st January 2026, all Standard and Premier Members are able to use any veterinary practice in the UK. Instead of receiving fully inclusive care, you will be entitled to receive pre-approved grant awards, subject to application at the time of joining. Please read about our grants here.​

 

If you are a Premier Member, medication should be dispensed directly from us - or, if we have confirmed our approval, you can request a written prescription from your vet to allow you to purchase medication online instead. In the event of urgent treatment being necessary, we will provide reimbursements for up to 3 days of medication purchased at other veterinary practices.​

​

Basic and Standard Members are able to opt for written prescriptions to purchase online at the lowest rate possible. Written prescriptions from us bear a fee of £12.00. If using an alternative vet, their rate may differ from this.

​

Euthanasia

​​

Prearranged (non urgent) euthanasia appointments can take place indoors or outdoors in our garden or woodland areas. If you prefer to opt for an outdoor space, these appointments will be arranged for a Friday or Saturday during our quieter times of the day so your pet can pass peacefully surrounded by nature.

Fees for Our Home Visit Service

​​​

From Spring 2026, we will cover a 30 mile radius for our home visit veterinary services (for Members only). The guideline fees below cover our "on the road" costs and team time only. The prices listed in brackets apply to emergency callouts 24/7 and out of hours callouts (Monday to Sunday, 7:00pm to 7:00am and Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm). Payment is to be made at the time of booking, or within 7 days following a genuine emergency.

Please note: This service is intended to be used by Members who are unable to travel to us. If you have your own vehicle or can find your own way here, please arrange a normal appointment at our Centre.
