Small Animal Consultation

Service Description

This welcome offer applies to new clients only. It is valid for veterinary consultation appointments booked between Monday 18th November and Sunday 15th December 2024, subject to availability. Your Consulting Veterinarian is Dr. Angelos Angelidis PhD MRCVS, who specialises in small animal general practice and emergencies; animal nutrition and chronic health conditions. The cost of your consultation is £55.00, payment for which must be made at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Due to limited availability, you are urged to stick with your scheduled appointment time where possible. If circumstances are out of your control please contact us via email: hello@animalmagicfamily.co.uk and we will do our best to offer you an alternative appointment. Any treatment received or sample analysis made at the time of your consultation is free of charge and any prescribed medication will be billed at cost price, to be paid upon collection. This offer can only be used once per pet and does not extend to nurse consultations, diagnostics, surgeries, physiotherapy or alternative therapies. Ideal if you have a pet with a condition you have been concerned about for a while, for example any lumps, bumps or skin issues; mobility concerns or second opinions on an initial diagnosis from another veterinary practice. Please remember to let us know the name and type of your pet along with a brief description of the issue to be examined. Once your welcome offer has been used, you will need to join one of our Membership packages to continue usage of our veterinary services; or resume service with your normal veterinary practice. NB: Due to limited parking on site, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. You will be shown where to go upon arrival. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel prior to this timeframe, regretfully you will need to pay for your booking in full. If you have prepaid for a block of sessions or have one of our Monthly Membership packages, you will unfortunately lose one of your sessions. Please note all our events bear their own terms and conditions. Please ensure you read the description and booking information prior to purchasing your ticket.
