We will never pack damaged products into your order; therefore if any item arrives damaged it will be the courier at fault - who we can claim compensation from, so please let us know if you experience any issues so we can inform the company immediately.

You will need to pay the postage fee for any returns.
** Please allow at least 3 working days (5 including postal delivery) when ordering online unless you have contacted us first to agree otherwise.

** We cannot post or deliver on a Sunday.

** Our minimum order for hand delivery throughout BD and BB postcodes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays is £50.00. The delivery fee is £15.00 - please select the appropriate option at checkout.
