As our day to day focus is as a community surgery vet,

we do not always have a consult vet on site

Appointments must be pre-arranged as we do not accept walk-ins.

Our Advice service is managed by our own team of qualified vets and nurses and is available for Perfect Pet Club Members only. Please have your Membership number ready when you call.

Our Out of Hours Service is Provided by Vets Now Bradford. If you call when we are closed, you will be diverted directly to them. You can also reach them directly on 01274 398728.

 

Please only contact Vets Now in the case of genuine emergency.

 

Vets Now is Open:

Monday to Friday: 6:00pm to 8:30am

Saturday: 12:00pm to 8:30am

Sunday: All Day

If you are a Perfect Pet Club Member, you will be reimbursed for the costs of emergency care in line with your package inclusions and any exemptions applied. Please note that out of hours care is not a benefit of the Basic Membership Packages.
