Animal Magic Family Health & Wellness Centre will officially open on Monday 18th November, providing a brand new community interest small animal hospital to care for your pets. Managed by an experienced team of Veterinary professionals, our facilities will include modern diagnostics, on site analysis, dental, general and orthopedic surgeries along with hydrotherapy, physiotherapy and alternative therapies. Our Country Munch Cafe, Perfect Pet Patisserie and Secure Paddocks will re-open at the same time, meaning that you can make the most of your visit and maybe even encourage your fearful pet to enjoy their vet visits from now on!

 

Our Centre will operate on a Members only basis to allow us to provide ultimate care and exceptional customer service. Read on to learn more about our unique Membership programme!

We offer Membership packages to suit all budgets, starting from just £35.00 per month. Simply visit our Perfect Pet Club to view your options and prepare to enrol for the package most suitable for your needs! Once we receive your enrolment we get in touch to register your pet and organise your preventative products and first appointment. If you have any questions about enrolling please email us.

As we are a small venue, Member capacity is limited, so please do enrol as soon as you can to avoid disappointment!

• Please note that all new members must pay a joining fee equivalent to the price of the chosen package, and there is a 28 day exemption from using our inclusive veterinary services, simply to avoid people taking advantage of our low cost services.​​ Enrolments open on Monday 21st October 2024 and as we expect our Member capacity to fill very quickly, encourage you to set a reminder for this date!

• Subject to health and weather conditions, outdoor consultations are an option for nervous pets.

• Our veterinary services will be available 24/7 and inclusive emergency transport is available for Members who are unable to drive. We offer a local pet transport service for non-emergency appointments. Please get in touch for a quote: hello@animalmagicfamily.co.uk

• Mobile veterinary services will be available for housebound Members.

• Elective procedures and vaccinations such as Rabies are not included in Membership packages.
