Santa Paws at Mistlepaws

Service Description

Our Mistlepaws event is open every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1st - 24th December. Tickets for Santa Paws must be booked in advance. You do not need a ticket to visit our shop or cafe. Tickets are available for both children and pets - please let us know which you are booking for once you have chosen a time slot. You will need to bring a printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation to gain admission. Each visitor is granted a 5 minute window to meet Santa (3 visitors every 15 minutes). Please remember to arrive at least 10 minutes early for your slot as we cannot accommodate late arrivals. A professional photographer will be available on the day to take photographs (for an additional fee), though you are welcome to take your own. Only 2 visitors are permitted to visit Santa Paws at any one time (e.g. 1 child & 1 adult). Our Pet Patisserie, Gift Shop and Country Munch Cafe will be open for the duration of our Mistlepaws event. Customers are welcome to use our outdoor play areas for socialising with dogs. Please note that although we have indoor areas for you to warm up and use the WC, this event is predominantly outside - so please dress for the weather. CANCELLATIONS Santa Paws visits carry a strict no refund or amendment policy unless Animal Magic Family Pet Retreat Ltd need to cancel for any reason. You are able to transfer your ticket to a friend / family member. GENERAL TERMS Your pet will remain entirely your responsibility at all times whilst visiting our premises. Neither Animal Magic Family Pet Retreat Ltd or Perfect Pet Care & Supplies Ltd will accept any responsibility for incidents which may occur through neglectful, disrespectful or inappropriate handling. If any negative incidents occur, you will be asked to leave immediately. PLEASE clear your own dog poo and litter. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times within indoor spaces. Please discourage urination / spraying (especially on Santa!). PARKING We have very limited parking on site. You are welcome to be dropped off in our car park to shorten the walk, though parking is available on the road adjacent to our secure fields. Please DO NOT block farmers gates or park on bends. Avoid driving on the grass at each side of our driveway as there are rocks under it!

Cancellation Policy

All field hire bookings are subject to a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel prior to this timeframe, regretfully you will need to pay for your booking in full. If you have prepaid for a block of sessions or have one of our Monthly Membership packages, you will unfortunately lose one of your sessions. Please note all our events bear their own terms and conditions. Please ensure you read the description and booking information prior to purchasing your ticket.
