BOOKING & EVENT INFORMATION

By purchasing a ticket for Horror Hill, all members of your party agree to be bound by the following terms:

  1. Refunds will not be given unless the event is cancelled.

  2. We cannot guarantee requests to amend the date of your booking, though if you need to please email hello@animalmagicfamily.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

  3. Please ensure you provide up to date contact details on the booking form.

  4. If we receive low ticket sales on any particular night, we may contact you to change your requested date.

  5. Car parking will be organised once we have an idea of the number of attendees. Please check your email (including junk mail!) around 25th September for parking details.

  6. The horror attractions within our event will not be suitable for children, those with heart conditions, epilepsy or any trimester of pregnancy. If you will be pregnant at the time of the event and would like to attend with your friends or family, please email hello@animalmagicfamily.co.uk so we can arrange for you to be excluded from the main attractions.

  7. Our overnight horror activities will include scenarios which may trigger extreme fear and phobias. If you live with fears or phobias which cause great distress, we do not recommend your attendance.

  8. Attractions will include loud noises, flashing lights, strobe lighting, the use of generated steam and fire.

  9. Horror and slasher characters will be free roaming around the campsite and refreshment areas. Wherever you hide, they will find you!

  10. Though our event is designed to be a scarefest, we realise the difference between light entertainment and extreme terror. If at any point our attractions become too much for you please speak to one of our security or cafe personnel and you will be shown to a safe place to spend the rest of the night.

FAQ'S

Q. What Will Happen In The Event Of Bad Weather?

A. Being at the time of year it is, it is likely that we will experience bad weather during the event. Our land does not flood but is very exposed, therefore if high winds are forecast we may need to postpone the relevant event(s) and offer you an alternative date.

Q. Am I Allowed to Take Photographs / Video Footage Of The Event?

A. You are permitted to take photographs and video footage of the event but MUST NOT share them on social media until the entire event is over (2nd November 2024). This is to ensure the element of surprise is retained for all guests who visit our attraction after you.

Q. What Shall I Wear?

A. You are welcome to wear whatever you like - but please bear in mind it is likely to be chilly if not wet and windy too, so PLEASE bring clothing suitable for winter weather in case you need it. We don't want anyone catching a cold!

Q. What Should I Bring?

A. The campsite will be organised into straight aisles with pitches right next to each other. There will be limited room for belongings - and remember you will only be in your tent for a few hours! So please bring as few belongings as possible i.e. suitable clothing, footwear and relevant (prescription) medication if you need it. We do have a safe place (including a fridge) on site to store medication if you would rather keep it away from the campsite. Please note that neither campfires or candles (i.e. anything with a naked fame) are permitted during the event.

Q. Will There Be Any Lighting?

A. Lighting will be provided on the campsite during the arrival and departure slots. The lights will be off during the hours of 7:00pm and 6:00am. You are not permitted to use torchlight during 11:00pm and 4:00am. Lighting will be on in the refreshments area throughout the event.

Q. Should I Bring Any Food Or Drink?

A. You do not need to bring any food or drink as we have a fully stocked cafe on site. You are able to pre-order food here. Due to the nature of the event, alcohol is not permitted and will be confiscated if found.
