Our Support Fund Application Process Overview

To be eligible to receive our financial help each member of your household over the age of 16 cannot have savings greater than £2,500.  Because our support is likely to involve large sums of money and therefore attempts of fraudulent applications, our approval process is in depth and potentially personally invasive so you need to be prepared to embark on the following journey:

  1. Complete the Introduction Form below.  Please ensure you have read the information about our Funds by clicking here and acknowledge that you are a making a professional referral where applicable.

  2. One of our Support Fund Assessors will be in touch to arrange a convenient time to discuss your request in detail over the phone.

  3. If our Assessor decides that we are able to progress your request, an appointment will be arranged for them to visit you at your home where proof of identity, residence, health conditions, income and outgoings must be shown.  All family members who reside with you (over the age of 16) must be present at this appointment so please ensure the date and time is suitable for all and please have all documents available that you have been asked to provide.

  4. Assuming all requested evidence has been provided a decision will be made at the end of your appointment.

  5. If your request is approved, your designated contact will organise the assistance and / or funds to be distributed to the relevant parties.

  6. Our Support Team will organise follow up support where required.
