Cancellation Policy
Due to a high volume of no shows, full payment must be made at the time of booking for both appointments and procedures. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will still be charged for, whether you are a Member or Non-Member. Surgery bookings are non refundable from the time of booking, though are transferrable to other dates providing at least 48 hours notice is given. ​ Whether you plan to join us as a Member or book in a one off surgery, we MUST receive your pets full medical history before your first visit. We will not see any pet patient without this. Please ensure you give permission to your previous veterinary practice to send this to us at your earliest convenience. If you have booked a surgery with us, please remember to NOT feed your pet after midnight the night before the procedure. Access to fresh water is allowed. Due to limited parking on site, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
