Sports Day for Dogs

Service Description

Open to all, this will be a fun filled day for families to enjoy. The price of each ticket is £10.00 and will admit one dog into our venue, to include entry to all games and activities on the day. Our Country Munch Cafe and Perfect Pet Patisserie & Gifts will be open along with: • Individual and Team Games and Activities for Dogs • Treasure Hunt for Dogs • Fun Pet Show • BBQ There will be prizes for the winners of all games and activities - and every ticket holder will receive a rosette for participating! Please note that our Sports Day is intended to be a FUN event and none of the activities will be suitable for professional competitors. Please let us know how many humans will accompany your dog so we can plan our event and prizes accordingly. All dogs MUST be kept on a lead throughout the event, with the exception of several specific activities which can involve your dog being off lead (this will be optional). Aggressive dogs and bitches in heat will not be permitted on site. Dogs with a known bite history MUST wear a muzzle. Animal Magic Family Pet Retreat Ltd will refuse to accept responsibility for your dog whilst in your care. Please pick up your own litter and dog poo. Bags and bins will be provided. Please do not enter your dog into any class or activity which they are unfit for. Event Postponement If we need to postpone the event due to adverse weather conditions, we will notify you via our social media platforms. Travel & Parking We are easy to find using the postcode BD22 0QJ - or search Animal Magic Family Pet Retreat on Google Maps. We have limited parking on site, so please walk or car share where you can. If you need to park on the roadside please do not obstruct any field gateways or neighbouring driveways. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TICKET FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE BUT CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER DOG.

Cancellation Policy

All field hire bookings are subject to a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel prior to this timeframe, regretfully you will need to pay for your booking in full. If you have prepaid for a block of sessions or have one of our Monthly Membership packages, you will unfortunately lose one of your sessions. Please note all our events bear their own terms and conditions. Please ensure you read the description and booking information prior to purchasing your ticket.
